Let me be direct: if you're sourcing ABS, EVA, or polyurethane for OEM production based on price per kilogram alone, you're not saving money. You're making a brand decision you didn't mean to make.

Keep enough approved stock for the emergencies that always come. And when you're under deadline pressure—which, let's face it, is every week in this business—you'll find that quality is the most useful tool you have.
